STANDARD GRADE

Low Fat 5-8%

Our cocoa powder standard grade with low fat content 5-8% have 5 varieties in Natural and Alkalized types. Color from brown, dark brown, and black. Ash content 2.3% – 7.5%. Acidity pH 5.5 – 8.0. Shell content 1.75% max and Fineness 99.0% min.

Standard Fat 10-12%

Our cocoa powder standard grade with standard fat content 10-12% have 5 varieties in Natural and Alkalized types. Color from brown, dark brown, and black. Ash content 2.3% – 7.5%. Acidity pH 5.5 – 8.0. Shell content 1.75% max and Fineness 99.0% min.

MEDIUM GRADE

Our cocoa powder medium grade with standard fat content 10-12% have 4 varieties in Natural and Alkalized types. Color from brown and dark brown. Ash content 2.3% – 7.5%. Acidity pH 5.5 – 8.0. Shell content 1.75% max and Fineness 99.0% min.

PREMIUM GRADE

Our cocoa powder premium grade with standard fat content 10-12% have 4 varieties in Natural and Alkalized types. Color from brown and dark brown. Ash content 2.3% – 7.5%. Acidity pH 5.5 – 8.0. Shell content 1.75% max and Fineness 99.0% min.
